Sorry for the lack of activity on the blog, but I've been super busy lately. Here's just one of the things I've been working on.

I got together with my friend Neeti recently for a photo shoot down in Oakville. Neeti is a natural in front of the camera and great to photograph, as she is willing to try anything! And I'm so jealous of her hair - it's so thick and long.

Rhiannon and Frank: Wedding

I have been so busy lately that I completely forgot to upload these to the blog. I absolutely loved photographing this wedding - Rhiannon and Frank are so down to earth and laid back, and completely in love with each other. I wish you all the best in your life together!

Ashley and Allan: Valentine's Day Shoot

Last week I got together with Ashley and Allan for a Valentine's Day inspired photo shoot. These two are super cute together and extremely nice! We drove to Jack Darling Park to get some photos by the waterfront. It was so cold that I couldn't feel my fingertips for a few hours afterwards. It was worth it though because the pictures turned out great and the cold gave Ashley and Allan an excuse to keep cuddling for all the photos!

Sneak Peek: Rhiannon and Frank's Wedding

I'm super excited to be shooting Rhiannon and Frank's wedding this upcoming weekend! They're super cute together and I'm sure their wedding day will be perfect. The following shots are from their wedding rehearsal last weekend.

Burlington Waterfront

A few weekends ago, my parents were going to the Burlington waterfront and wanted me to come along. Having not joined my parents on an outing in a while, I decided to accompany them. Kora, who of late has had to be dragged out of the house on a walk, was the first out the door. Here are a few pictures from the day.

Normally you have to drag her behind you around the neighbourhood.

This was too cute, I had to stop and take a picture.

Overall I had a very good time and I'm glad I went!

Kim-Chi and Ryan: Engagement

Ella and Onnik's Wedding

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of attending my good friend Ella's wedding. It was a beautiful ceremony, held in an Armenian church in North York. Ella looked absolutely stunning, as did her whole wedding party, not to mention the groom! Thanks Ella for letting me be a part of your special day.

And there's the lovely bride. I loved her dress!

Neeti's House Part II

As promised, more pictures from the casual photo shoot at Neeti's house. We probably would have taken a lot more pictures, including ones with fireworks too, but my camera battery died.

Neeti's dog Leela would not get close to the water.

I love this picture, especially the sun in the background.

Neeti's a pro at this.

The water droplets are my favourite part.

It took me forever to take this picture of Leela. That dog does not keep still for long.

Neeti's House Part I

Neeti invited me over to her house this long weekend to go swimming and naturally, I brought my camera. Neeti is a great model, not only is she pretty, but she'll do pretty much anything you ask her to for a shot.

Neeti and Daman had to clean the pool first.

I helped out a little too.

Neeti took some pictures of me being silly.

And a serious pose.

I'm jealous of Neeti's gorgeous long, thick hair.

Kingston

I drove down to Kingston this weekend on account of Matt working there. It's a pretty long drive - three and a half hours, but I had just uploaded a bunch of songs onto my ipod, so I was ready to go. The drive in itself wasn't too bad, except for a few patches of traffic around North York. When I finally did arrive at Kingston, we went out to The Keg for dinner. It was delicious. Needless to say, after three Keg-sized long island iced teas, I was feeling a bit tipsy.

Last week Margo and I went to the mall for coffee and to do a bit of shopping, obviously. I didn't buy anything, but I did see this amazing Marc Jacobs bag at Aritzia. However, it was too expensive and I didn't get it.

Regardless of the fact that I left the mall empty handed, I got to see my best friend today, whom I hadn't seen in a few weeks.

She just got her tragus pierced!

You can tell in this last one that she didn't want to do this anymore.

Desmond and Family

I haven't been uploading as often as I should. I really need to work on that. Here is an update from my visit to see Desmond, Kelly and Matt a few weeks ago. Desmond is a year old now! Crazy how time flies.

My wonderful friend Margo. It rained the whole morning, but luckily stopped just before we took pictures.

We went to a provincial park and hung out at the beach. It was a great day!

Jenni and I got ready to go see the last parade of the Guelph Jazz Festival. However, it only lasted 20 minutes, so by the time we got there it was over. So, we went shopping instead and took pictures!

We went to a nearby house that's been abandoned for seven years.

I'm looking forward to photographing all of the changing colours, but not the cold weather! I feel summer went by so quickly...I miss it already. And I'm nostalgic to return to school, although that feeling usually faded as soon as I was back.
